JeetBuz Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a JeetBuz account, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. JeetBuz is an entertainment platform designed for adult users. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

Registration requires a valid email address or mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your username and password — confidential. JeetBuz will never ask for your full password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

JeetBuz reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or source of funds documentation. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is finalised. This is a standard industry requirement and is in place to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate personal information at registration.
• You must be the rightful owner of any payment method used on the account.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow others to use your account.

2. Account Rules & Responsibilities

Your JeetBuz account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. JeetBuz cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login details with another person, whether intentionally or otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details — particularly your registered mobile number and email address — current. JeetBuz uses these details to send you important notifications about your account, transaction confirmations, bonus updates and any changes to platform terms. It is in your interest to ensure these are kept up to date through your account settings.

JeetBuz accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Using an account for commercial purposes, running a betting syndicate through a single account or allowing third parties to operate your account for any reason is a breach of these terms. JeetBuz monitors account activity for patterns consistent with misuse and may request clarification or restrict activity if anomalies are identified.

Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as stated in the account settings. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. You can avoid inactivity fees simply by logging in to your account periodically.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

JeetBuz processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied on JeetBuz's side for players transacting in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, direct bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is shown in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically within 90 seconds under normal conditions. For bank transfers, processing time depends on the sending bank and may take longer. JeetBuz is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network issues outside of its control.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method associated with your account. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit. JeetBuz may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain PKR threshold. This is a standard security measure.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may be updated from time to time.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Withdrawals from bonus-related winnings are subject to wagering requirements being met in full first.
• JeetBuz does not charge fees on standard PKR transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior contact with JeetBuz support will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

JeetBuz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bon uses, free spins and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to that promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply.

Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically. Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is a violation of these terms.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 150,000 before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or applied to another account.
• JeetBuz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If a deposit is made while a bonus is active, the bonus terms in place at the time of deposit apply.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets, or exploiting bonus structures — may have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.
• VIP programme benefits and tier requirements are published separately and may be updated periodically.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on JeetBuz — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of placing the bet. Live betting odds update in real time and the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that wager. JeetBuz is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that may affect bet placement during live events.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed under normal conditions, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific market. For PSL and T20 cricket, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official if applied by the relevant cricket authority. Full settlement rules for each market are available in the sports betting section of the platform.

Slot and casino games on JeetBuz use independently verified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every spin or hand. Game results cannot be influenced by the platform, the player or any third party. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.

• Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• JeetBuz reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the betting interface.
• Winnings from sports bets and casino games are credited to your account balance upon settlement.
• System errors or technical faults that result in clearly erroneous odds or payouts may result in those bets being voided, with stakes returned to the player.

6. Responsible Gaming

JeetBuz takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Online gaming and betting are entertainment activities intended to be enjoyable. They should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. JeetBuz encourages all players to set a clear budget before each session and to stick to that budget regardless of outcomes.

JeetBuz provides the following responsible gaming tools, available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time reminder that will notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed to all gaming activity. Requests for self-exclusion are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up summaries of your session activity, including time played and net balance movement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JeetBuz platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their funds forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or use any technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine intent to wager.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any multiplayer game format.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your JeetBuz account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing JeetBuz staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

JeetBuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that a player has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will generally be notified by email to your registered address. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager or withdraw funds until the investigation is resolved. JeetBuz aims to resolve account investigations as promptly as possible.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of terms — such as multiple accounts, bonus abuse or payment fraud — any pending withdrawals or remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons not related to misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard identity checks are completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting JeetBuz support. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated with priority and processed without delay.

9. Limitation of Liability

JeetBuz provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, reliable service, JeetBuz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, app or any specific game or betting market. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond JeetBuz's control may occasionally result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

JeetBuz is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, bet settlement disputes caused by data feed errors from third-party providers, or connectivity issues on the player's side. In all cases, JeetBuz's liability to any individual player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident.

JeetBuz is an entertainment service. Players accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible and normal outcome. JeetBuz does not guarantee any player a profit and is not responsible for financial decisions players make in connection with using the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

JeetBuz may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment systems, responsible gaming tools, legal requirements or operational policy. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified through an in-app notification or an email to their registered address.

The most current version of these terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Continued use of JeetBuz after terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
